The app was rejected because it is a magazine specifically about the Android OS. Apple has its legal team ready to fight a patent infringement suit brought against it by Nokia. Nokia is claiming that just about every product Apple sells infringes on Nokia patents. iPhone 3GS and 3G users have a new tool to unlock their smartphones if they are running iOS 4.2.1.
