Apple has officially confirmed that the miniSIM card used in the iPhone 4 won’t be swappable with the iPad 3G model. That means no sharing your iPhone 4 data plan with your iPad. Orange has announced that its iPhone data plan has a 750MB fair use cap . After that amount, you will be paying more for your data. If you have been waiting to pre-order your iPhone 4 in the US and UK, they are sold out for launch day . The ship date is now slipped to July for those who pre-order.

Orange sheds light on iPhone 3G pricing

Orange will be launching the new 3G iPhone on 17 July 2008

  • The 3G iPhone offers even faster internet access plus new features such as GPS and email via Microsoft Exchange
  • Orange will be selling the 3G iPhone from €149, as exclusive operator
  • Orange plan subscribers upgrading from the previous iPhone will be able to get the 3G version at a preferential rate
