Apple sued by VIA, iPhone loyalty at 89%, iPhone 5 shortages

People really like their iPhones according to a new survey. The loyalty rating for the iPhone is 89% with the next closest rating owned by HTC at 39%. Apple has been sued by VIA for patent violations. The allegedly violated patents have to do with the A5 and A5 processors that Apple uses in its gear. The iPhone 5 is already facing shortages according to sources and it hasn’t been announced yet. The iPhone 5 is said to be in short supply thanks to troubled touchscreens.
