The infamous reception issues with the new iPhone 4 are causing problems for users and could lead to a problem for Apple too. Legal firm Kershaw, Cutter, and Ratinoff is reportedly investigating a possible class action suit over the issue. Some users are reporting that their iPhone 4 smartphones are locking them out due to overheating even in cool rooms. The iPad had a similar issue if used in the sun.
