TinyUmbrella Updated To v4.00.45

TinyUmbrella Updated To v4.00.45 Post from: FSMdotCOM If you are not a new iOS device user, or new to the “dark side” , then you know what firmware umbrella and tinytss is. If you don’t here you go: Umbrella – The tool simply performs the same challenge request that iTunes does during an iDevice restore. The difference is that it saves the results in a single shsh file. This file will give you the ability, to restore back to a previous firmware indefinitely TinyTSS – is a small java app that acts as your very own signature service. When iTunes verifies your restore for your iDevice, it ‘phones home’ to see if you are allowed to restore to the version you are requesting. With TinyTSS + the shsh blob file(s) you obtained with Umbrella, you will be able to restore to the version of those shsh files forever! TinyUmbrella – merge the two tools described above Changes in v4.00.45 : narrowed down the issues with detection. Windows ‘Kick out of recovery’ isn’t working quite yet… (Use iRecovery for now as I’m fixing this) Download TinyUmbreall v4.00.45 : Mac ( mirror ) Windows ( mirror )

Apple antenna engineer jobs, JayBird Bluetrax app, iMovie ported to 3GS

app, news June 30th, 2010

Apple is looking for some new engineers with a specialty in antennas. The company has three spots open for these workers and it needs them with the signal criticisms that the iPhone 4 has faced. JayBird has released an app on the App Store that works with its line of Bluetooth headsets. The app lets the user control tracks on the iPhone using Bluetooth controls. iMovie has been ported to the iPhone 3GS already. The app is supposed to only work with the iPhone 4, but one hacker has found a way to make it work on older OS’ and on the iPhone 3GS with a few tweaks.

Sell My Mobile – The UK’s #1 Mobile Phone Recycling Price Comparison Site

news June 30th, 2010

We live in an era where technology that was once expensive and coveted, is now disposable and subject to constant modification and development, thus rendering earlier models obsolete, often in just months. So what to do with the technology as it devolves from consumer-grade functional object to useless piece of (recyclable?!) garbage? Well… there was a hint in there somewhere…

Companies have been on the march to get your used and useless technology, typically phone, audio, and computer-related, for the purposes of properly recycling the bits inside. And while many of these companies, not unlike the local drop centers you may see in a neighborhood parking lot one Saturday near your home, will ask you to send in your phone for free, there are also companies who are willing to purchase your old phone from you — and the business model here is to mobile phone recycling

One such company is the UK’s SellMyMobile.com — the independent and impartial mobile phone recycling price comparison site you can trust. But who is gonna’ buy my phone — that old, useless, outdated piece of trash that NO ONE could possibly want anymore? Check out Sell My Mobile.com and their extremely easy to use price comparison site and interface, which allows users to find their exact phone, compare recycling prices, and get the best deal. The phone price comparison means that Sell My Mobile acts as a price aggregator — a one-stop site where they do all the work for you.

Here are Some Benefits of using SellMyMobile.com:

Sell My Mobile.com and the Easy to Use Interface

Sell My Mobile UK User Interface

Sell My Mobile, the mobile phone recycling price comparison site, allows users to quickly establish the best rate for their old mobile phones (located in the UK). And the number one concern here is that users will want to have the process be as easy and intuitive as possible — not to mention thorough and quick. And that’s exactly what I found when I visited their site to see just how easy it would be to sell my phone.

I actually had no idea that someone had made the potentially frustrating process so easy. The steps are outlined below — this is the process you go through in order to get cash for your old phone.

1.) First you use their Search box to locate the model or make of your mobile (the phone you wish to sell)

2.) Then you click the Sell Now! button next to the best price. Fill in your details and you then receive a freepost bag for sending in your phone.

3.) Post your phone for FREE and wait for your money, which you receive just few days after posting your mobile.

Simple, efficient and profitable — all while doing something great for the environment. Another easy way to go green in the UK, from Sell My Mobile.com.
